I’m applying in round 2 and am quite worried about my essays. I have them drafted but I feel they’re not up to par with samples I’m seeing out there. On paper, I have decent enough metrics to believe I have a shot, but not sure if my story is going to come through strongly enough. Are there any consulting services out there that people have found effective and are also affordable?

My recruiter emailed me saying that she has all the feedback in and she will share my profile with teams. Does this mean "on site" round is passed?

LMAO what do Afro Latinos look like? I just asked a creative to include more pictures of Afro-Latinos in our hispanic messaging and she said "I tried to find pictures of videos that looked authentic but they didn't have the right look, it's a very specific look". My company is offering me a performance bonus over my CTC of 2L which will be paid quarterly, but they are asking me stay one more year from now with the organisation. I joined around Feb 2021 and I won't be able to drop resignation till July 2022 if I accept the bonus.

Many startups ask for assignments while interviewing for their strategy roles and never come back after you submit it. It wastes a lot of time considering difficult work-life balance in consulting.

How do you cope with this? Can we ask for a case round instead so we don’t waste our precious time in writing assignments for them?
