26 days total (including personal and floater) with 7 YOE. Located in Canada.

30 vacation days, 15 PTO days, 9 company holidays + 4 “floating” holidays = 58 days.

Holy crap I thought my company was generous but this is amazing. How is vacation time different from pto though?

We have technically unlimited PTO. The unsaid rule seems to be finish the first year and then take 2 weeks off.

27 days after 20 years. 2 of which are floater days. It is hard to watch new graduates get 4-5 weeks off the bat when hired. I have 2 recent graduated children and am amazed at how vacation days have changed.

6 years in, I get 20 days plus 2 floating holidays. I accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per paycheck. I won’t increase to 25 days until I reach 15 YOE.

I get 35 days total (technically it's 25 days for vacation and 10 for sick/personal days, but it's all in one bucket).

We have unlimited PTO. At this point, I think this should be a universal benefit in the finance industry. Many companies have it and it works so what's the hold-up with everyone else? I have 8 years of experience.

What are floater days?

Hi Fishes, I cleared an AVP role in JP, Hyderabad. I'm currently at 22 LPA and JP is offering a 45% on this. I have 17 years of experience and 13 years association with Deloitte. After listening to the Mike Saylor podcast with Lex Friedman, it made me reconsider my notions I had about BTC layer 2. IMO ETH has thoroughly eaten BTC’s lunch from a development/dapp perspective. I’m 50/50 allocated in both because as Mike says BTC is durable digital property while I see ETH as the platform for application functionality. Would be interested to hear other’s takes. At the core of it, I’m not sure myself and others will ever want to spend BTC, even if fees were negligible.

it feels like every survey about working from home is (poorly) designed to answer the useless question "would you rather work from home or from the office." I submit that the set of people who prefers to have only one of those two options, always and forever, is the null set. which means it DOES NOT MATTER because the correct answer is always going to be "make both possible." you're welcome, HR departments everywhere.
