Analyst to C is 1-2 years. C to SC is 2-3 years. SC to M is 2-4 years. After that it gets more tricky and sometimes even political.
Starting salary of 75-80 for a C? That seems low. Our new analysts start at 72.5k
Even if you are a 1 every year from analyst to consultant, you are not making 115 until SC
So Deloitte doesn't pay better than EY....
No K1, SC1 at Deloitte is the equivalent of M at EY and it's 4-5 years out of undergrad peasant. See at EY we do our research because we actually have better options than KPMG
Well you said the high end of all the Deloitte salaries here. I see 115k as the high end stated in here. No reading comprehension or just lack of attention to detail. It's okay you're still 2 years out of undergrad kid
2 years, starting salary somewhere between 75-80 in commercial
@d1 that's not C level salary. @op C level is anywhere between 80-95k
@KPMG1 not for campus hire C’s it’s not. Experienced hire C’s are 80-105kish
75-80 seems extremely low for campus hire C's when they're starting at 70 as an analyst. Only a ~10k raise in two years and next level?
@dd1 I was a campus hire BTA at 72k. Promoted to C and made 88k. Atlanta.
Decent Cs make anywhere from 85 to 115ish
EY pays the least for sure. Also can't expense lunch cheapskates lol
Literally at the high end of every D salary mentioned here. 2 years out of undergrad. Though we can't expense lunch that's true
You make 115k 2 years out of undergrad?..
