Help me to choose between the following 2 options

EY GDS : Home location Kolkata + x lpa Fixed + 50k joining bonus + 70k variable pay for developer role

Microsoft : Hyderabad Location + (x+1.5) lpa Fixed + 2 lacs joining bonus + 2.9 lpa variable pay + stock for Azure Support Engineer role

I presently work in a serene and welcoming workplace where the atmosphere is extremely soothing, but I believe that given my current circumstances, my cost of living is too high and my pay seems to be very low given that I have quite a few additional responsibilities on my shoulders. Can someone confirm the salary slab for an Indian bid specialist with 7 years of experience?

Most HRs these days ask for previous salary slips/ bonus/hike letters without even quoting their offer. Should we proceed with what they want? Is it ethical? Any pros/cons
Any views?
I am thinking beyond just verifying if the candidate is not lying on the current salary but what if they don't even have the budget to what the candidate has asked as expectation.

PWC india is offering 15.5 lpa + 2 lpa Join in bonus + VP(not mentioned) and senior consultant 2.
Currently in one of the BIG 4 in IT Risk advisory.

Hello all, I work for a small consumer goods company as Ecommerce Director. I’m pretty much the only one managing our Ecomm store, no direct reports but manage a marketing and Amazon 3rd party agencies for the brand. I’ve been with company almost 2 years and have significantly increased sales. I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k.
