Depends on which office and which practice area. In general, the base pay will be lower than Big 4, but the required working hours are *significantly* less.
I would hope they’re not paying anything less than $70k entry nationwide. If it makes you feel better I have less than 2exp and am now making over $100k in total comp, so the bumps are nice.
Was offered 80k for C2 in BPI with a masters. Expected at least 90k. Any rec? I can't afford to live nearby and save reasonably in low 80s.

What about C1 BPI in HCOL?
Offered 83k for C2 BPI for NY expected for 2023 start? Seems low given current rise in prices. What can one expect after 1 or 2 yrs?

Remember inflation is up 7% just within the last year. You need to ask for more money or leave. We have more power if we keep bouncing different jobs.
