I am holding an offer from jpmc for Associate, package- 18lpa, yoe- 5.7. Is the pkg fine or jpmc could have offered me better?

Did people see an “inflation” adjustment on top of normal performance salary adjustments this year? I.E how did your company react to inflation in regards to pay?

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??

A good friend of mine graduated from Parsons this past summer, has degrees in Journalism and French, is a talented photographer and designer (which I feel I have a pretty decent eye for after working at a design-driven branding agency for half a decade). And I’m certain she’d make a fabulous junior AD or content strategist. Unfortunately she, like many in this pandemic, is still without a job. A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
