Just moved across country to a wpp shop. Less than 400/Mo for me and my family on the plus plan. And I came from a small agency in a small holding company and paid over double that. And we get 1k HSA card for free without having to contribute. Feel like I won the lotto w the health insurance
RFC1 I’m at a WPP agency too and they have the best benefits of any of the holding co by far.
It's GD amazing how much that shit jumps from single to family. And it's not restricted to advertising in the least.
Have a family member who's an HR Director-he did the math. Has a $3,000 deductible on his family plan to keep the premiums down, and uses some form of health savings account to deal with the deductible (can get back or roll-over what's unused).
I asked him why, as an HR Director, he didn't get a better plan for the company. Answer: $$$. If it's competetive in the market, company isn't going to spend more.
About $180/month for just me
260 a month for my wife and I, the premium one.
Single. Middle tier. $200 ish a month
About $250 a month for me and spouse for PPO with really solid coverage. Also have an FSA where they’ll match the first $1000. Makes a big difference. At a WPP agency.
$90 lol.
Single, $80/month for Standard PPO
Family around $500 month
Family around $500/month, for a $1350 deductible plan, and they offer a health savings account you can put pre tax dollars into
Premium $172, single including dental and vision
Has anyone been able to add aging parents to your insurance plan?
Publicis 600/mo married no kids plus a1400 annual deductible. Nyc
👆for me that is 2x per pay period so approx per month though I suspect some other numbers listed in this thread are per pay period like Publicis1.
About $600 a month for family for a catastrophic illness plan with approx. $4K deductible. It’s the only plan Chicago offers.
@SD1 that's what I did for the numbers I posted.
@SD1 yeah, I don't know if maybe there are different tiers also by how senior people are? I'm kind of puzzled by that.
Oh my God ACD 1 is this the full time rate? What state?
Single, $60/month on Kaiser.
Publicis1, that’s per pay period, not per month
Btw somebody told me Publicis “self funds” ie has a money pool to cover our health care expenses instead of our insurer managing that risk. Any truth to that?
