Just moved across country to a wpp shop. Less than 400/Mo for me and my family on the plus plan. And I came from a small agency in a small holding company and paid over double that. And we get 1k HSA card for free without having to contribute. Feel like I won the lotto w the health insurance
RFC1 I’m at a WPP agency too and they have the best benefits of any of the holding co by far.
What’s insane is that if you leave agency and go on COBRA, you end up paying 1800 a month for family. Might as well just shop around on open market.
WPP has great medical benefits and great insurance. Currently paying around $100/month at another shop for single.
Cpb, that’s so shitty! I’m freelance on Kaiser silver $400/Mo. If an agency can’t even give you decent health insurance wtf does anyone work there
Interger Group 1 i totally agree. Although I understand that it comes down to personal situations so I can’t judge why someone is somewhere. But it seems to me that companies should want to keep their employees healthy.
Single/ $150 month for great PPO
Paying 900/mo for a family. Was 1800 when I was freelance. Sucks all around.
$700/month for me, my wife and 1 kid. Omnicom agency. Blue cross blue shield.
$500 per month for me and my wife.
Not premium tho, the one below. 😓
Health insurance has been 100% covered (as a single person) since I moved to SF
My health insurance is also covered 100% as a single person
Family around $600 a month I think
$0 in NY for Single at 72
Single, $150 p month for BCBS PPO
Standard PPO $80-120 single, $170-270 couple, $140-215 employee and kids, $250-400 family, depending on how much you make. Also, you might have a spousal surcharge of $50/mo.
Premium PPO: $130-170 single, $285-380 couple, $130-300 employee and kids, $420-550 family, depending on how much you make.
WPP and I pay roughly $500 a month for a family with 3 kids
Single, $300 a month. Used to be like 100 before they downgraded our plan
$160 a month here I think. It's under $200 for sure. Single, Cigna EPO with Omnicom. Still have my parent to use as secondary if needed.
About 600/mo for family PPO
