Just moved across country to a wpp shop. Less than 400/Mo for me and my family on the plus plan. And I came from a small agency in a small holding company and paid over double that. And we get 1k HSA card for free without having to contribute. Feel like I won the lotto w the health insurance

Standard PPO $80-120 single, $170-270 couple, $140-215 employee and kids, $250-400 family, depending on how much you make. Also, you might have a spousal surcharge of $50/mo.

Premium PPO: $130-170 single, $285-380 couple, $130-300 employee and kids, $420-550 family, depending on how much you make.

What’s insane is that if you leave agency and go on COBRA, you end up paying 1800 a month for family. Might as well just shop around on open market.

likehelpful

RFC1 I’m at a WPP agency too and they have the best benefits of any of the holding co by far.

likehelpful

WPP has great medical benefits and great insurance. Currently paying around $100/month at another shop for single.

likehelpful

Cpb, that’s so shitty! I’m freelance on Kaiser silver $400/Mo. If an agency can’t even give you decent health insurance wtf does anyone work there

likehelpful

Interger Group 1 i totally agree. Although I understand that it comes down to personal situations so I can’t judge why someone is somewhere. But it seems to me that companies should want to keep their employees healthy.

Single/ $150 month for great PPO

Paying 900/mo for a family. Was 1800 when I was freelance. Sucks all around.

$700/month for me, my wife and 1 kid. Omnicom agency. Blue cross blue shield.

$500 per month for me and my wife.
Not premium tho, the one below. 😓

Single, $300 a month. Used to be like 100 before they downgraded our plan

$160 a month here I think. It's under $200 for sure. Single, Cigna EPO with Omnicom. Still have my parent to use as secondary if needed.

It's GD amazing how much that shit jumps from single to family. And it's not restricted to advertising in the least.

Have a family member who's an HR Director-he did the math. Has a $3,000 deductible on his family plan to keep the premiums down, and uses some form of health savings account to deal with the deductible (can get back or roll-over what's unused).

I asked him why, as an HR Director, he didn't get a better plan for the company. Answer: $$$. If it's competetive in the market, company isn't going to spend more.

Does this mean that without paying extra, the med insurance is just 1.5L?

After huge life events (getting married), deaths in the family, &managing a team on top of all of my own deliverables, I’ve reached a breaking point with my mental and physical health. I talked to my bosses about sick leave, and while they were supportive, there are too many things on my calendar to move.

Hey guys, so I have competing offers. One at Bank of America for 124, and one at Allspring for 110.

Does anybody work at Allspring? They did not provide any information regarding benefits, 401k match, or any annual bonus structure. I was told, verbally, that the Bank of America bonus is something like 15 to 20%, but nothing in writing.

Just wondering if anyone has any knowledge about compensation structure at Allspring, or any opinions on the culture there. I would be in Charlotte.

As a junior level account person with 2 years in the industry. is it in the job scope to be working across 3 large clients? I feel like I am overworked and underpaid. Just looking for some insight from people who have been in the industry for a while. I don't feel ready to be promoted, however working across 3 clients at my pay makes me feel entirely undervalued. This is the case because of the agency being understaffed and leadership believing I am capable of this. I would love some insight
