Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Hello I recently joined Mindtree as C2 SSE and feeling this as bad move since the work culture and other things are very much startup kind of, very high workload and expectations and also the lead is not that helpful. In almost 3 months I got the company view as slave master culture I just wanted to know your experience if you work/worked at Mindtree. I also want to understand why people say Mindtree as very good company. Frankly saying I don't see a single good point about Mindtree

Which tier 1 college are you from, if you don't mind telling!
XIMB is not Tier 1, it's "Tier 2 " CTC wise
30% is what they say as standard but it can go up to 50% depending upon how critical is the requirement, any back up resource, skill set, client heat, etc

Sorry..pls don't mind..but I don't think Ximb will fall under tier 1.. coming to your question..I have same YOE,profile,CTC and I am getting 70% hike
Hike more depends on the profile, skillsets, certifications, technician knowledge, conversation skills and less on years of experience and college, for a lateral hiring
30% hike is a thing of past. I say start with 60% and post negotiations you might end up getting 50-60%. I got 60% hike in my previous switch.
