Why the heck do Recruiters and Hiring managers do such a poor job keeping applicants informed to the status. I had my time wasted with an opportunity for a fortune 100 position for 3 1/2 months. Phone Screens, Zoom Interview with hiring manager, Face to face with hiring manager. (Then asked for professional references) , impromptu Zoom meet with other leader who was completely disengaged. Then boom... six weeks of silence vague texts from hiring manager they were still going thru the process..

Hi, I had finished my technical and managerial round on May 25th and 26th with PWC. The manager did mention that there would be another in-person round in the PWC Bangalore office. Although the first 2 rounds went well, there has been no further response from HR. Is this a normal delay or should I think I didn't make it. Any thoughts?

Anyone here ever try Tin Cup? It was recommended to me on my last flight.

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. I believe they’re interviewing other candidates. Does that make me second or third choice? And does the fact that I’m working with a recruiter hurt my chances of being selected due to the commission? I have asked for TCS and IBM for revised offer letter as per xoriant.

TCS said it's not possible because at the time of HR discussion I don't have any counter offer.

I have been working as BI developer (SQL+ BI Tools) for 4 years and 7 months and recently moved to a tech organization. I plan to do MBA in 2-3 years ISB/IIM(1YR)/M7/T16/etc.
Is this a good move. I am not doing MBA for money but for profile change (strategy or PM),at that time i will have 7-8 YOE.
