How much impact does a referral from people in different positions/locations hold? I am hoping to apply for a role at Accenture and have two people who are willing to refer me for the role. Both are in the same service line but one is a manager in a different country and the other is an analyst who just joined the company but is in the office that they are hiring for. Who would be the best referral? I really want to maximize my opportunity of getting an interview for the role.
