My dad's a senior software architect getting 35 lpa for 18 years work experience in cognizant. His tech stack is AEM and he has worked on angular and Java Projects as well. Since he is getting underpaid a lot ... Hopefully someone can refer him Adobe or some product companies. Even service company with good pay also is acceptable

I actually knew someone who worked at Twitter and got laid off. I have to say, I feel like the money changed him. Like, he became kind of a jerk after getting hired there. I also think it became his identity a little too much. With that said, I still think he’s a great person . But it’s just interesting the way money can change people.
I wholeheartedly agree. What was most disappointing was he grew up poor and had a bad childhood like me, so I would’ve thought his character couldn’t be challenged by something as superficial as money. But I was wrong
It’s not even about the money it’s about sped respect and being valued. Seems like the way things are being are not treated good there. I need a piece of mind over money.
Enough money I wouldn't need to worry about work for the months job search I'll do after I'm inevitably fired
