2020 grad M&A/PE Associate in LCOL area thinking about moving to a ECVC/M&A boutique. I generally like the work I do and the people I work with, but I really don’t like the hours and the constant late nights and weekends. Currently on pace for 2250. Boutique I have been eyeing has billable hour requirement of 1500-1600 and comes with a 20-25% paycut. Is this a stupid idea and should I grind it out until I can move in house? Will this ruin my opportunities down the road?

I'm hearing from my husband's company if he takes pat leave, and leaves shortly after returning, he'd have to repay the wages paid while out on leave. I have been attending interview with Bloomreach for a month, it consisted of 4 rounds including culture round. In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. Is it possible to get 45 days early relieving in cognizant if manager like to prepone LWD To 45 days ? I don't want early relieving since my other company joining is in April and they don't prepone DOJ. Without salary for 2 months is very difficult to survive .
