Luggage delay claim question

I used Chase explorer to buy tickets for my vacation and luggages were delayed for a month. Per chase term I am entitled $100 a day for 3 days. But the claim agency chase used has been asking for airlines response, which has not came (2month+ now). I am concerned insurance will use this as an excuse to never compensate. Is there a good way to handle this situation?

Anyone find a reasonable flight around Thanksgiving? I’m looking for somewhere to go over the holiday for 5 nights or so.

Why are the firms like UBS that are building internal consulting practices putting them in the back office (and paying accordingly)? If you're replacing external consultants who are being paid $2k/day, you have plenty of cushion to at least pay the salaries we would get externally, if not more.

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot.
