Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.
Hey All!
I have a phone interview for a data scientist role at snowflake comming up. Any advice on how to prep?
The email indicates that the call will cover my experience, motivations, and understanding of Snowflake.
Curious if other have gone through the process and have insights to share. Or if anyone at snowflake can shed light on how I can be effective.

If it’s any comfort, they were extremely slow throughout my interview process back in Spring ‘21, try following up but don’t sweat it
That’s normal at Visa. The hiring manager is likely reviewing all of the candidates that successfully passed the recruiter screen and deciding which to interview - then they have to be set up with the scheduler. Give it another week or so.
Thank you for the feedback, this has put my mind at ease. I would absolutely love to work at Visa, it’s a great next step for my career 🤞🏾
In my experience (currently in the process). My visa recruiter interviewed me and then forwarded me to the scheduler 2 days later and then I had my interview with the hiring manager the following week.
Yah I’m sure the process on that kind of role much more in depth. Hopefully we get the positions we applied for ! 🍻

It’s a weird time right now in the market so I’m not surprised. Too many candidates and more competition all around.
Visa's hiring process goes at snail pace or tortoise pace, which ever one is slower.
They take MONTHS from submission to offer!!! But I think you'd love it when you're in. It's really a great place to work with good benefits.
What kind of benefits if I may ask? I’m currently in the interview process in the later rounds, very it erested
