How short is too short for a boomerang? Recently switched to a Big 4 from MM <6 months and transition has been hard. I miss the culture of my old firm and the team I worked with. I switched primarily because of the comp but also a few other things I hoped to gain at B4. So far, it has not outweighed the cons I’ve encountered. If you were/are in the same boat would love to hear your perspective.

Earlier this year I was making $75k as an FA and now $90k as an SFA in OC which is pretty much market value (4yrs exp - 2 in B4). I wanted that raise to $90k for a while and now that I have it, I catch myself thinking about wanting more & more money, even though I have more than enough to live out my means. Anyone else think about this often? And how can I stop?

I am not too involved in the project but I was in a few meetings and went on a field trip with them as well.
The position that I am applying for is in a different team and city.
