How to get that raise? 32 years old and still struggling to find a good paying career in my degree field which is design. I have redone my resume numerous times and applied to over +1000 in the last three years and still no luck. Recently, I though I maybe would catch a break after interviewing for a inside position with P&G which paid from $95k to $110k. About 6 days after the interview, got rejected. Anyone else ever been in a similar situation? Feel defeated and dont know how to jump.

My prior companies have always been what I thought of as average: min of 2 weeks plus extra week for every year for ICs, min of 4 weeks plus extra week for every year for managers, etc. for Directors & beyond.

Current co refuses to offer more than 1-2 weeks, max. I had to go to bat recently for a 3 year + manager level only to get 3 weeks and my leadership team is NOT happy with me.

If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID.
