Need some opinions with a situation I’m dealing with my roommate. So, she’ll have people stay over and 95% of the time she won’t tell me about it. And they’ll stay anywhere from a few days to a month. I’m more annoyed when they stay longer than a week or so. She has someone over now and didn’t tell me. It’s been about a week now. If she stays longer, am I a bad person if I ask for her to pitch in with the utility bill or something.

I’ve been in sales for nearly 3 years doing alright and all of a sudden I have developed an anxiety towards sales that has made my job unbearable in the last few months.

I do sales for a major engineering firm. Focused on new business and exploring new markets. Last year I was in the top 50% for order intake, and first in number of projects won along with number of new customers. I think this is extraordinary given the effort it takes to win new business.

For next year my goal increased by 2.5X, and less of what I bring in counts towards that target. I really enjoy my job but I will essentially be getting a large pay cut. Lost in what to do besides quit??
