How was your experience on visa transfer with seyfarth law firm for Deloitte? I somehow feel they are simply dragging it for no reason. It’s more than a month after offer but not filed yet. Is this normal?

I have two offers - one from Intuit and another from Hotstar.

Intuit is giving me 33.3 lpa and Hotstar has 23.45 lpa. Hotstar is giving remote and Intuit is not. Which one should I take?

Hello All, My employer doesn’t seem to be sharing i140 approval notice. I need it for H1b transfer to new employer.
Anyone faced similar situation and got a copy from USCIS directly? How long it takes and process for it please?

Does it matter if I don’t meet the specific job requirements when transferring H1B? The job posted requires CPA license but I haven’t got it. The employer is still willing to hire me. I know for PERM process, meeting minimum requirements is important but not sure if H1B have such requirement. I heard that for H1B as long as it’s a position requiring bachelors degree and specifically occupation that should be fine. But kinda worried about this.
