Favorite idea that never saw the light
Pretty new to Talent Acquisition since I used to work HR for the gov. I really like the pace of recruiting/ sourcing, but I think I am a little underpaid considering I have no benefits on contract/ RPO outsource. But as I was looking at other JDs in postings to get a better idea. I noticed a lot of companies specifically ask for in-house or agency experience... Some even say ( no RPO )
Can someone explain to me why?

As long as we still getting paid the same, I would like to work for home
My current project allows me to work from home and I love it. I'm working less hours and I'm much more productive.
LEK?
Parthenon (currently working with industry leader in their field to determine new product growth opportunities). Minimal client interaction till CTL/Vp/partner level. They work directly with CSuite but even then only 2-3 in person check ins on average project, which leads to minimal client exposure at my level.. Though it does happen rarely
I would have preferred my last engagement to be 80% remote delivery
I love my team and my senior manager but the travel sucks. I recently got engaged and wish I didn't have to spend so much time away from my fiancée.
I currently work for a firm with minimal to no travel. We are "strategy" consultants and we advise on product growth opportunities, market entry, investments etc. I've missed the client interaction aspect of the job and wanted to hear the other side of the story.
OP what firm? I will apply soon!
That's an interesting perspective. I'm actually on the look out for such work. I'm at that point where work life balance is a key parameter, above pay & growth.
Yes OP what firm is this? It sounds awesome
Currently on a remote project but managing one consultant in same city as me. Does it reflect badly on me if I tell him to work from home because I want to work from home? I don't think we need to see each other everyday to do a good job, but he seems like the type to come into the office anyway.
