Any one got the retention offer from TCS ?
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Everything is great. Everything will be great.
Are you guys hiring? Asking for a friend.
^ Hey. The recruiter told me that the end of the pay band for consultant level (experienced associate) is $80K. She also threw in signing bonus too. I’ve seen people jump and get Sr. Consultant level. It depends on years of experience, team lead experience and if you have any certification. That’s just my opinion
@PwC 4, what service area? I don’t have much clout but if you’re within my general practice I’ll create a burner and gladly do so
That sounds right to me. Campus hires at GT were making 65 and told me that was the highest offer they received.
Morale is pure shit. I just signed an offer with a start date about a month after we’re scheduled to close: our 401K’s instantly jump to 100% vested as part of the deal, so that’s a 15k bump for me. I suspect a lot of us are doing the same.
Every time they start one of our weekly calls to discuss that transition, we hear another story of our benefits being chipped away. The leadership keeps parroting the party line that everything will be, “the same or better.” Right now, #sameorbetter is making the rounds on our PwC PS bowl.
Overall, there’s three types of people: the ones who are jumping, the ones who want to jump, and the shit with no skills who can’t jump and just keep reminding themselves that everything will be #sameorbetter.
PwC5 - 6 mos after the deal closes what do expect the “artist formerly known as PwC Public Sector” will look like?
Early promotion for those of us not even up for promo this year? Also, what’s a likely move from a senior assoc to Deloitte? What $ could I expect at the sr. Consultant level in fed at D?
I don't think early promotion applies to those who aren't up for it. They've been bringing in managers rather than promoting from within for a bit.
PwC 6 advisory or consulting?
I have heard $115k with $5-10 signing and eligibility for AIP
Cool. What’s AIP?
^ performance bonus
That is a ton of money for a senior in federal. Holy shit.
@OP. Wow. I was at $140k as a 1st Yr SM. Grew up within the firm, so mine is clearly lower than average. Either way, that’s impressive. Well done.
Is 115 for senior consultant a good offer?
^ it’s good but know that sr consultant has wide pay band. Mine is 85k and 7k signing bonus. For me, it was a promotion from experienced associate to sr. consultant so I can’t complain too much.
Couple years of non federal financial management experience and 1.5 year as experienced associate.
I think PwC 8 is being sarcastic lol

^ I wouldn’t recommend it. Too much uncertainties
C1, you could go to PwS PS, put all of your 401k in Facebook stock, and buy spend your emergency savings on video cards to mine crypto. You'd literally hit the trifecta 😂
