Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ? I know for first day induction i should go to office but since they're not providing any relocation allowance can I ask them to provide full wfh and change of base location to Chennai?? I asked about the project they say only after joining IBM I'll get to know. It's my first switch pls help

Hi there, I had a question about 401k or Roth IRA. Should I put money into anyone of the two as an international student? I don’t see the point because I want to invest my money instead of saving it. Plus I don’t even have a permanent resident status so I don’t know if it makes sense saving it for retirement. On the other hand, the employer match and so on sounds good. I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.
