The only thing an exit interview does is let the company know if they should blackball you if you ever want to come back. Just say nothing, it’s the best policy. They will take your feedback, have a group discussion about what you said, and anything negative will be explained away as an agitated employee making things up.
We have no training resources and you don't know unless you ask, technology has improved for the ops team, but we can't even give our customers a resource to trace or even access their own loads. Our TMS system is archaic too. Are these worthy points to mention?
I would just take a moment to consider if it will truly impact the company. And if it comes off negatively and you want to use them as a reference in the future. Maybe just thank them for all the time and the ability to grow in both your professional and personal life.

It all depends on if you want to go back to that job or if you have to deal with them in the future possibly. You never know when your paths will cross again.
