I am a manager with 13 yoe and getting an interview with Facebook as IC6. Want to understand if switching to IC6 is a good option or should I ask for manager role. Looking for insights for pros and cons of IC role. I enjoy people management but this IC role is for program manager.

Hello Fishes, I interviewed at a company in October and they responded to me after a month. I accepted the verbal offer last week Wednesday. They said they would give written offer in a week. I got my H1B with employer A, then I filled DS 160 and also paid the fees to book visa appointment. I could did not book a visa date due to covid.

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
