I am a Planning Engineer with 3.5yrs exp in the Construction Industry. I am a BE in Civil Engineering followed by a MBA in Project Management.
Currently CTC is 9.4LPA.

I want to take my career into Project Management in IT as I am aware that it's a better package there.

I like Project Management and have 3 yrs of experience in the same. Can someone guide me how to take my career into PMO for IT?
