I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Unfortunately, lots of firms are this way. This is why many attorneys decided to open their own practice.
How are you both struggling to meet demands placed on you by your firm AND beat valuations, highest resolution rate and meet annual performance goals in half the time?
No money recognition, nor time off seems weird.
Look for something better.
Mostly by working 12 hour days 6 days a week or resolving cases for more money than what they're evaluated at. E.g. I received a case where the lawyer before me valued at 6,000-8,000 and I just declined a $55,000 offer. I think the case will resolve for six figures.
The vast majority of my cases, though, I'm putting up a genuine fight for a $1,000-$2,000 fee, which makes it almost impossible for me to meet my monthly performance expecation of about $40,000.
Edit: I have to constantly ask for work and take on additional cases, and work overtime just to hit the performance metrics my job depends on. At the same time I am getting in trouble for being 2 days late with discovery, or failing to file suit within my firm's timeline, or failing to process internal firm paperwork in the manner my boss wants things done. (Even though I have complete autonomy on my own cases).
What state is this?
If I were you I would start to look for a new role. Judging by this you are not appreciated and I would be going somewhere that makes me feel appreciated. There are plenty of good firms that will do that, you just have to get out there and find one of them.
