I am an associate manager planning to go for a manager role next year. Does anyone have tips they can share? Do I need to do highly visible plus one role or does it not matter ?

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

I am currently working in BPO with a sal of 4.5LPA with 5 YOE. Ive been learning to be a Full Stack Data Scientist, still left with 6 months. Now is it advisable for me to get a new job which'll give me hike of 20-30% taking it to 5.5-6LPA then after that look for technical profile after 6 months which'll give me hike on 5.5-6 instead of 4.5 LPA which i currently got.

I have 7 plus experience in c++. I am trying new job within Chennai location but I am getting 1 or 2 interview calls for a month. I know c++ is old language and openings are very less and competitor people also less.
Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.

How difficult was the exam? Can you share your experience studying for the CIPM exam? Is it advisable to skip CIPP?

Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. My preference is to join in where I can grow and get a good learning for future career growth. Also, work life balance should be good in the organization.
