Hi ladies!
I have my video interview with Liberty Mutual tomorrow for a licensed customer service role. Oddly, this morning I get an invitation to interview with Farmers for a claims customer service associate. I know the salary for the LM role, but not the Farmers role. Does anyone have experience with either? They are both great companies and I want to make sure I’m planting my feet with the right one. Thank you!Liberty Mutual Insurance Farmers Insurance Group
Is TCS currently providing wfh option? I had given interview in TCS 3-4 months back and was selected also. But the HR wasn't sure if I will have wfh or wfo.And I wanted wfh only so I left the offer. Now again I received call from TCS and now they are saying it's upon choice if I want wfh or wfo.So confused whether to go for interview or not.Does anyone know if they are providing wfh or wfo by choice? I'm currently at Mumbai location and as per the call from TCS it's on me what to choose. please advise 🙏

Thats the exit everyone wants. Take it

Leave Accenture ASAP!!! These MDs at AFS will take the last drop of your blood and toss you like a rag doll. What you’ve got to lose trying AWS with double the pay?
Take the money and jump to AWS.
You can always go back to Accenture if you hate it. But you will kick yourself for declining that offer and comp increase.
Current base/TC and the AWS offer?
Do you mind sharing the high level breakdown? One of my friends who jumped over to AWS I remember hearing the base is low but the value of the compensation comes from stock options, which you need to vest for about 2 years. So I think with that you’ll need to determine if it’s still “worth it”.

Sorry I meant geography. Tier 1 city, NA?
Take it. Promotions aren’t guaranteed and Sr Mgr level mostly sucks at ACN. Leave in good terms and you can always boomerang back if you want
Did you negotiate? What was their original offer?
How did you move from consulting to PM? That too at AWS. Genuinely interested to know as I am also working towards PM roles
