I am currently travelling from EWR TO SFO from 10-15 Dec. There is a shelter in place order for California and mandated self quarantine for 14 days. If I dont quarantine myself for 14 days, will I not be allowed to fly back from SFO To EWR? Is it being enforced or monitored somehow?

"23% commission on quota minus base": 37k (don't understand this)

That base salary is lower than my previous base by a significant amount by 32.7%

Tips for 6-month eval? Originally hired at 35K as assistant and was told if I performed well, I could expect to make 50K after a year.
