I am currently working as an Assistant Manager in a tech company with 1.4 years of experience in my current company and 4.5 years overall experience. I have two offers: Company A offers only a 5% hike in the same role, citing stability concerns despite valid reasons for my job changes. Company B offers a Team Lead role with a 26% hike, but reviews mention salary delays. HR says the issue was temporary in 2024. I am confused between stability and growth.
