I am currently working as business architecture specialist level nine at Accenture and have 7+ year of work experience .my CTC is 20 LPA and my fixed CTC is 18.21 LPA. In Barclays for BA 4th grade I am being offered business analyst role as my client is already Barclays and I am suitable for this current role. What is the ideal and maximum ctc I can ask for in terms of fixed CTC. Also is B4 grade a good enough grade Accenture or should I ask for AVP?Accenture Barclays
