I am currently working as Senior Consultant in my current firm and just got an offer from Deloitte UK and Version1 for HCM Cloud practice.
Version1 pays more (75k basic + quarterly profit share) and has good employee centric policies where else Deloitte has 60k basic + 5100 in flex benefits and no clarity on bonus. The only reason why I wanted Deloitte was for the exposure but is it really worth it? Considering the work life balance may not be as great here as well.
