I am finding it difficult to find a job because of my need of my rollator walker. A virtual or phone interview can be going very well. When I am up front and disclose that I use a rollator walker, their tone and body language changes. A hiring manager actually walked into an interview looked at my walker and said "Do you really need to use that thing?" I feared job searching after that. Now I have to look since my job was eliminated. I have lots of skills, talents and experiences. Frustrating!

How many interviews is too many? I’ve done 5 one on ones with different people in the practice group. They want me to talk to a few more, but I’m frustrated. Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?
