I am from finance background and have nearly 6 years of experience (5.6 years) and i got an offer from evernorth as lead analyst band 3 with 21.3 lakhs fixed and 2.2 lakhs variable.
But when I saw online people with similar experience and same role getting fixed amount of 25 to 28 LPA.

Its been a month since i received the offer , can I again go back to them and counter offer ?

Generally what is the chance of success ? What are the risks ? Anybody done that before ? @evernorth

Does anyone know when agile promotions will be communicated to the counselors?

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I am having discussions with my teachers on ways that I can better support them and the students when remote.
