Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

If you were paid by them at least once you should have proof of that in your bank statement. If it's your last check that you're trying to get, tell them to pay you or you'll report them. I assume they'd rather just pay you than deal with the authorities.
Send an email or certified letter requesting payment, include the dates, and time that you worked. This way, you will have proof of your request.
Do you have any of your pay stubs that you can print off? That should be enough evidence to show you worked there. How did you clock in/out? On a computer or time clock? I'm sure they also have video recordings of you being there consistently while training with someone. Maybe the DOL can order a warrant for such videos since they have time stamps on them.
