Absolutely not! You have to wait for conflicts and your background check to clear—essentially anything in your offer letter that the job is conditioned on needs to be satisfied before you quit.
Yes. I’d give notice now since you’re already interviewing. Better to have those extra few days. Nothing can go wrong.

Still not a good idea. Background check or conflicts could take a while. Detach yourself mentally from the job for a week or two if you need to but not a good idea to quit until all is buttoned up.

Let's take a breath and think about this. Why can't you stand your firm? Yall need mentors to talk things through with. Quitting for the first job offer that comes along (unless you're on a PIP) is never a good idea.
