Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. I would say my vote goes to Nike. Nike is a sportswear brand that has built a strong community around its brand values of athleticism, inclusivity, and empowerment. The company engages with its customers through social media, influencer partnerships, and community events, and it encourages user-generated content and personal stories to help build a sense of connection and inspiration.
I'd say Slack! I've been using it for a few years now. I can tell you it's really helpful and efficient.
Tesco and Skittles. I think both of the are doing great in all aspects. As for your workflow, you might want to use Slack.
I would have to agree with CM1. Airbnb is at the top of the list. I've been hearing great feedback about their community management.
