PE firms with the best WLB?
I have offer of 20 LPA from Oracle IDC Pune. Project is related to Oracle Primavera Cloud. I had a discussion with the hiring manager and everything sounded good to me.
I just wanted to know if there are any red flags I should be aware of. So please help me fishes.

My referral had interviews w/ (1)
recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

He does have a wide skill set and the
recruiter said it was all positive
feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is

Experiencing this now. I’ve had some good experiences with past projects, but something about Deloitte which makes toxicity pervasive.
Seriously look at those setting boundaries decks I posted above. Use their own material against them to push back. Give it to your whole team, everyone should push back until the narc SMs have to yield to people having a life outside of work.
