I am planning for masters in Ireland/ uk. I am still evaluating my decision and getting double thoughts. Whether to go for masters or to apply for Canada PR. Is it a good time to pursue masters considering the economic situation?. I am earning good enough here in India quite satisfied with the pay.(27+ lpa) with 6 yoe. But i want to experience life abroad. Tried on-site jobs but no luck hence going for masters... Anybody in a similar situation?

How does one tell their boss (owner of the company) that you are burnt out? A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. Just venting. College friend (same ethnicity but came to US with family as a kid) told me she might get a new job offer w a smaller firm, 50% pay bump. We currently work at comparable big firms but her pay is already higher than mine (hers include stocks, mine doesn’t). We did equally well in college & I know I’m just as smart. Can’t help but feel like my career’d have been much better if I did not need sponsorship. Smaller firms don’t sponsor so I work at a big firm but pay isn’t great 🙄
