I am planning to interview for an accounts receivable manager role. I am very skilled in supporting with accounts payable process and I have minimal experience in accounts receivable. What type of questions or tips should I know to make a lasting impression and better my chances of securing this role?

Been at a “top 5” agency for 2 years now and haven’t produced a single piece of work that I feel is book worthy. Granted, there is the whole global pandemic thing. But at what point do you start looking for a new job? Is 2 years long enough to at least get some cred for the name on the resume, despite not making anything great?

I have applied for a job in naukri in HCL. Today morning hr called me and asked additional details. He told that my resume will be forwarded to hiring manager.i was told If I gets shortlisted , I would receive a link to fill candidature by evening. Still no response. Does this is the procedure for recruiting in HCL? . If it so, I didn't receive link, so I am rejected?
