Use the same skill set you have in AP to impress the hiring person for AR. AP and AR are about staying on a steady schedule of cash flow out and cash flow in. Whatever tricks made you succeed in AP, flip those for AR.
Customer service skills are also very important. You catch more flies with honey, talk about how you like to build a relationship with clients to increase revenue turnaround. If this is a true manager role and you'll be managing others, I'd do some research into what your management style would be. Hope this helps!

Sell them on adaptability and give examples of it. If you have strong experiences in adaptability on the payables side it will translate well to receivables as well
