I did this! What I did was asked fishbowl what the maternity / parental leave policy was so I didn’t have to tell the hiring people until I was in my second trimester and well already working for them.
PwC2 oh I know, it was one of the scariest things hopping firms and not being 100% certain on the parental leave policy… if pwc didn’t have this I would have stayed where I was… my last firm you had to be there for a year before the benefits kicked in…
Get the offer in writing. Then get their benefits documents to see their rules on parental leave. If the rules are fine given your pregnancy timing, don't say anything. If the rules don't work, then ask for an exception.

Get the offer letter, because that is legal protection, and then I would let them know. Most top employers will waive requirements for maternity leave.
