I am seeing a lot of post from people in SAP with 4-5 years of experience drawing 20 LPA which is huge. I also had a lot of interviews but nobody is ready to offer even 15LPA. I want to know what are the niche skills (esp functional) in SAP which draws salary?

Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. For example, if I have someone working on Christmas (Sunday), they should be paid 1.5 but what if they work on Monday as well?I know this might sound silly to some people but I’m covering for payroll for the holidays and I don’t want to mess up!
