Is SAS institute a good company for a sales role or is the company dying slowly?

I have started the interview process for Accenture for Associate Manager profile in Digital transformation.

I carry 17 years of experience and am currently delivery manager at Tcs. As a role I am Tower Lead.

Will this be a good career move? I am not sure of Accenture hierarchy and hence this question

Need advice! I accepted an offer mid Oct and just found out my new company opened a new role above me at the title I was asking for originally but was told I would move up when they were ready to build out the team. I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Average base pay for BDR/SDR in Tech silicon valley/bay area?

I’m intrigued but I want to know 2 things:
1. Culture/WLB - how is it?
2. Realistic market opportunity/opportunity to crush quota (obv dependent on many things)

Background: Currently making 95k/160k OTE at a boutique research and consulting firm. I’m happy but we’re extremely flat with little to no opp for promotion in the next 2+ years.
