Ugh! I have been there so I can relate. Just remember good things take time. My advice is just to keep applying, there would be some good role waiting for you.
Get a piece of paper or notebook. All through the day write down things you are grateful for. Do this without failing. It will change you, from this fear & feeling sick, to a more grateful feeling. This is vital to your mental & physical health. After 2 weeks you will notice a huge change. With time, you will be better at finding that wonderful job. In the meantime, being continuously grateful, will change your brain waves & help you find peace.
I understand how you’re feeling. I’ve been looking for a new job for over eight months and can’t seem to find anything either. The job market is really tough right now. Hang in there and keep applying.
What if you chat gpt'd your resume. You just say write me a resume that includes this and you tell him all the information and it'll come up with something great for you and then you just copy and paste it to your email and then print it out. I understand exactly what you mean though I can't stand my job but it's close to my home and the money is okay it's just the manager that I can't stand. I'm actually walking home right now to change my shoes cuz she said my non-slip ones are not non-slip which they are but they have white on the side of them. The other non-slip black ones that I have I slip all over the place in. But whatever you have to do what the boss says. I am actively looking for another position though. I wish you luck in your job search. God will make it happen when it's supposed to happen. So try not to stress so much. It will happen.
If your in management or any kind of leadership your resume is going to be everything. Hire someone to do your resume. It’s that simple. I guarantee you calls a come way more often. I was a fish dead in water until I paid someone to really do my resume
I am sorry you are struggling right now, it can get better. Keep applying but, perhaps it’s time to take a different approach to applying and reaching out. I landed my current job it’s the pay, benefits I wanted, in my dream city and state. What I did made sure I stood out in front of everyone else. Let me know if you need some personal help.
If you haven't already, try having someone else look at your resume. Sometimes that's the problem - you can have a great resume as far as experience goes, but without the right keywords, you'll never get past ATS. There are tons of free resources out there to tell you if yours is ATS-friendly. That's where I'd start. If everything looks good, just keep applying and reach out to anyone you know at other companies who might be willing to give you a referral. That helps a lot too.
Don't quit your current job. Apply for independent contractor jobs. It will be another shutdown soon. I would change my resume into a independent contractor one. That's what I'm going to do very soon. So I can land a independent contractor job so I can have peace. That's my advice to you. Amen 🙌🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
I've been applying just as long and only got 3 interviews and 3 no's. I'm not sure what's up with places advertising but not hiring.
Hello warehouse 1.
Don’t quit, re-equip yourself for something better.
I spent nearly 3 decades in the industry, and this is where I’m doing now.

This isn’t a plug, there are no pay walls.
I think everyone should have this tool for free.
Especially those in our industry.
I agree about the resume. You could go on chat GPT and tell them all of your information and it will make you a perfect resume and then you just copy and paste it to your email or whatever you want to do and resend that resume out to some of the place you've already applied for. Also you definitely need to reach out to anywhere that you have applied whether it be via email, phone call, or text if you have their personal number and let them know how interested you are in the position. That will make them know your name again and they will go back and look at your application. I understand about feeling sick my job which I just quit an hour ago. The manager stressed me out so bad that I had to up my anxiety medication just to work there. No one should make you feel less than you are. Those people are horrible people and you definitely deserve better. I'm sure you have other skills and you may have to broaden your search. But I wish you good luck and I do believe in my higher power and he actually has been taking care of me in so many ways that it will happen when it's supposed to happen. We cannot control everything. So try to go in with the mindset that you don't need this job you're just doing it until something better comes along. I don't know if that makes any sense or not but I'm just trying to help. Good luck to you with everything.
I have been in the same boat for months, many years of managing under my belt, but no call backs. Over qualified, not the right fit, do you speak spanish, of the many things I have been asked. Good luck !
