Sleeping with your PPED’s daughter usually does the trick.
You could just find a new job and give 2 weeks you know... negotiate out any extra vacation you want before starting the new gig.
How about behaving ethically, doing good work forging relationships (and not burning bridges) while searching for your next gig? You should think in terms of relationships and the long haul, and not be so short sighted, IMO.
Post this same question on the portal using your ID. That should do the trick 👌
You can just stay on the beach for a while and tell people you are looking for outside opportunities. You’ll need to see if it’s worth burning bridges... but if you have no bridges, different story I guess.
Your best bet is for the practice to slow down with people on the bench for 6 months or more. Getting fired with cause won't get you anything
At most firms there is a voluntary transition out of consulting package. Does your firm have this?
I take it back Op. this is a brilliant idea - stop working, stop responding to emails, and do everything you can to get fired. The company will feel bad for firing you and absolutely give you severance. No way they would just fire you for performance reasons
Find one of those leaders with a "do it my way or else" and show them how to do their job better. Every single time. Once you get demoted to spellchecking and aligning to the pixel, show them how they could do it themselves using the auto-align function built in to every MS Office product.
Every time the partner on your current engagement sends you an email, reply "Why are you sending this to me?"

Yah OP- do your homework. It’s almost impossible to get severance if you are fired, wouldn’t make sense. Get on the bench, turn down all roles and in 6 weeks, you will get the email.
