Does publicis sapient have RPA-Uipath projects?
Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Never ever try to Join sapient. Coz it's always riskier there. I was there and completely not mental peace. They will simply conduct project interviews and won't allocate. Better try for different organizations for a better life.
Pls. don't join Sapient as a Java developer otherwise u will be in big trouble. had a horrible experience. and be ready to change ur tech stack otherwise will ready to get fired

Don’t join this company other wise u will be more scared , internal project allocation is 10 time harder then the initial interview
Selection ration in internal is 50 nominations 1-2 select even only 3 chance u will get and if not clear fired , I can give u many people LinkedIn who had this experience , stay away from sapient =साँप
Looks like you are getting confused because L1, L2 terms that are used in Application support teams.
But in sapient you will see designation like Senior Associate L1 (SAL1), Senior Associate L2(SAL2) which is completely different which you are thinking about support L1, L2.
So don't worry if your interview was fine, they will hire you, just contact to recruiter for offer.

L1 are career levels in psychology not connected to l1-l2-l3 in support things. How difficult it is for someone in ps to explain. Useless recruiting hrs
No there are different levels in support L1, L2, L3 support. From basic support to high level support

Detail about project.
What you learn in last 6 months.

Looks like you have been dropped down to L1 from L2 in your Core Values eval. Hate to break it to you. However, confirm with your HR.

Seems like the skills required for l2 are not matching with your skills set, you are good but for L1 position not for L2 that's the meaning and about selection if they have multiple support projects they will consider you or you are not selected

Ok how much i know sapient has very less support projects but all the best, be practical and apply elsewhere and keep minimum expectations from sapient good for your mental health
Sure! In PS, every skill has an SAL1 and SAL2 roles in terms of career stages. SAL1 is a level below SAL2. It is common for candidates to be dropped down from SAL2 to SAL1s or from Manager to SAL2s. From what I can tell, your Core Values interviewer might have dropped you down to SAL1. But, check with your Recruiter if a the Core Values interview can be done again.

They will give you offer but will give salary equivalent to L1 not L2
