I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

No one will give you more than 5-10% hike moreover you are not a preferred candidate for them. Simply they are seeing you as a job hopper so they know you will switch again and not for long term
I'm not sure why these companies aren't willing to accommodate you with a hike when they're so desperate to get candidates.
Whats your tech stack?
Anyone. I don't mind applying on referral portal for anyone. The filtering of resume happens after going through referral portal.
Your post has the answer. Companies prefer candidates who stays atleast 2 or 3 years with them.
Do you need a hike after less than a year? That is probably what they are thinking.
I think you're answering your own question here - I've seen your posts before as well and I'm still trying to understand why you're trying to switch so aggressively. I can understand trying your hand, but it's unreasonable to expect you're going to get a massive hike when you haven't been at a company for a year. Yeah, the market is crazy hot right now, but people will still be cautious.
