I carry 7.5 yore and Joined IBM this year January with 18 LPA (70 percent hike) package.
Due to some reasons I am again looking for change and have cracked many interviews(all big IT service companies) but when it comes to salary no one is ready to give any hike and don't want a person changing in less than a year
What should be the strategy in this case

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. 3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying. Any insight on negotiating Westlaw or transitioning to lexis?

I am currently working at one of the top tier company (service based)at a project which has come to like and end and very minimal work is there and the team wont give release since they have a minimal workforce and they kind outilize us for their support. As a budding developer I think its kind of a waste of time even though i can alawys keep leaening. Recently I got an offer from Infosys . Should I switch expecting good amount of project experience i will gain or shall i stay.
