I carry 7.5 yore and Joined IBM this year January with 18 LPA (70 percent hike) package.
Due to some reasons I am again looking for change and have cracked many interviews(all big IT service companies) but when it comes to salary no one is ready to give any hike and don't want a person changing in less than a year
What should be the strategy in this case

Thoughts on calendar being double booked? What are the etiquettes to be followed. Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
