I cleared the wipro interview on 27th july and uploaded my documents as well. Also the HR round happened on the same day and they noted down my expected ctc but no negotiations happened. Will i get a separate call from HR for salary confirmation and also can someone when I can expect the offer letter?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.
