I completed 4 Onsite interviews for Google before couple of weeks and was waiting for my feedback. Now the Google recruiter is requesting for an additional 1 hour follow up interview to address one specific area. How should I interpret this?

Last year when Covid broke, I received a couple of interview calls but ignored them as I felt the organization kept me at work when other companies cut short their HR staff so I should be with them even if with no appraisal.
