I completed two interview rounds at Accenture on 5th and 8th January, with the second round mentioned as the final interview. I also submitted all required documents for background verification.

Later, I received another email to schedule an interview, again marked as the final round, and my Workday status changed back to “Interview.” There has been no communication from HR, and calls are not getting picked up. Has anyone else faced this situation?

Fish on visa - do you put ‘Candidate requires sponsorship’ on your resume ? I feel it is a time waste to get interview calls and anticipation only to find out they don’t sponsor on the call.

One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p
